HomeStory works exclusively with some of the largest financial institutions in the nation to connect their customers with highly qualified real estate agents in their area. We incentivize closings by offering a cash back post-closing reward, meaning our referrals are qualified and motivated.
Our leads come directly from our many banking and lender partners, including Chase, Fidelity, and Citizens Bank, among others.
Our team carefully reviews your information to ensure you meet the network requirements and assesses whether we have capacity in your market. This process generally takes 2 weeks in total.
Yes, you can join HomeStory and remain in your existing brokerage. If your brokerage requires approval to join a referral network, let us know by contacting support@homestoryrewards.com and we’ll take care of securing their approval first.
